Information you provide
When you submit a form, we collect your name, email, message and any venue information you supply. We use it to respond, evaluate advertising requests and manage follow-up. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored on our hosting server for review by the site operator. They are not published in the visitor app. We do not sell inquiry information. Hosting infrastructure may keep connection and security logs, including IP addresses, request times and requested pages.
Spam prevention
The server uses a short-lived security cookie for form submission and limits repeated submissions. A hashed network identifier may be kept temporarily for abuse prevention. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Your choices
Use the contact form to ask about your information or request its deletion. Provide the email address used in the original inquiry so we can verify your request. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Other services
Links you choose to visit may be operated by third parties with their own privacy policies. The visitor app has a separate privacy notice describing its location and Google Places features.
